Development news for July 2023 Petercourt Town Square Demolition of new Starbucks drive-thru We visited Scott Collins, owner of Sunrise Bagels in Petercourt Town Square Center, to hear about his plans, as a Starbucks will be built next to its current location. . He plans to move to the east end of the mall's main section (formerly Edward Jones) this fall. They will have larger ovens and be able to produce more bagels. On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a divisive decision. Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, when a state requires a foreign corporation to consent to personal jurisdiction through a business registration requirement, that consent functions as consent to general jurisdiction. Therefore, consent provisions do not violate traditional notions of fair play and substantive justice afforded by the Fourteenth Amendment's Due Process Clause.
