At Warner, she will leverage her unique background in automotive, bankruptcy, supply chain, technology, academia and the nonprofit sector to build key relationships and develop new business. She will work in the company's Detroit office.
Mr. Gmachl most recently served as Director of North American Business Development for ADASTEC Corp., an autonomous driving software developer, where he was responsible for business development and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
She previously worked at Michigan State University's International Business Center, where she managed and executed government contracts and supported exports, trade, and business operations. Gmachl was also involved in the development of the Detroit Regional Partnership, supporting national and international companies interested in investing in metro Detroit. At DRP, she led more than 70 projects, resulting in more than $100 million in investment and the creation of 500 new jobs in the region.
Gmachl holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from American University and a master's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University. Gmachl's native language is German, and she is fluent in English and has intermediate levels of Chinese and Italian.
She and her husband, Chris, live in Davisburg with their son.
