rethinking us America's top small businesses The awards presented by Enova (formerly the Dream Big Awards) celebrate the achievements of small and medium-sized businesses and highlight their contributions to America's economic growth.

Who will be America's top small business in 2023?
Applications for America's Top Small Business 2023 are now closed. Semi-finalists and finalists will be announced later this year.

The 2023 America's Top Small Business Summit and Awards will be held on October 19, 2023 at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. Registration information will be released soon.
Prior to the summit and event, 70 small businesses from across the United States will be recognized as winners (10 from each of seven U.S. regions). Seven companies were selected as finalists and celebrated at a ceremony at the historic U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington, D.C. One of his companies was named America's Top Small Business and received a $25,000 cash prize. will be earned.
Recognize important parts of the business ecosystem
The awards program is hosted in partnership with CO-, the Chamber's Digital Resource Center for Small Businesses, and is designed to support industry through innovation, job creation, and a commitment to being an integral part of a thriving business ecosystem. We recognize small and medium-sized businesses that are making great achievements in the community. .
Small businesses employ nearly half of all Americans and account for 43.5% of America's GDP. As it has for more than a century, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce represents all areas of America's business community. And just like in the United States, the majority of our members (90%) are small businesses and state and local chambers of commerce.
To be eligible to enter America's Top Small Business Awards, applicants must:
Be a legal resident of the United States.
Be a commercial business that has operated primarily within the United States for at least one year.
Have fewer than 250 employees or have less than $20 million in gross revenue in both 2021 and 2022.
