Houston, February 12, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MercFuel, a division of Mercury Aviation LLC that provides aviation fuel to the commercial aviation, general aviation and business jet industries, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Luce as Vice President of Business Development and Supply. We announced that we have hired Mr. She will manage MercFuel's aviation fuel sales and supply worldwide. Ruth started on February 1st in Houston, Texas.
Ruth joins MercFuel with over 20 years of experience in the aviation fuel industry. For the past nine years, she has worked in Phillips 66's aviation fuel division, most recently managing airline and aviation marketing accounts including contracts, nominations and allocations, fuel tenders, sales pipelines, and optimizing the division's supply. Contributed. She also served as Director of Aviation Business Development, where she developed the company's carbon offset program for business aviation operators and brand FBOs. Prior to joining Phillips 66, she managed the commercial diesel sales portfolio for Chevron's Richmond Refinery, where she received the President's Award for Innovation and Collaboration in 2014.

Ruth also serves on the Leadership Council of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). NBAA is the leading organization that companies rely on to enhance their business practices and hosts the world's largest civil aviation trade show.
