Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC), Rotary Club of Omaha West, and Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce REACH is hosting the 2nd Annual Minority Small Business, which provides minority-owned small businesses the opportunity to obtain significant funding that they can use to grow. We are excited to announce the Corporate Summit Pitch Competition. or the scale of its operations.
Now in its third year, the 2023 Minority Small Business Summit is a chance for small business owners and entrepreneurs to strategize and grow in a day-long event. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, attend educational sessions, and connect with community resources. The event will be held on June 8th at Seventy Five North – The Venue.
A pitch contest will be held as part of the summit. This contest is aimed at existing business owners seeking funding to expand into new areas, invest in additional marketing, or take their business to the next level. This competition is not aimed at funding startups.
Five finalists will be selected to compete at the Minority Small Business Summit on June 8, 2023. In addition, they will attend his May practices and have the opportunity to receive feedback and improve his pitches.

This provides Nebraska business owners with much-needed funding to expand their businesses and accelerate their path to success. It’s a great opportunity to offer.”
- 1st place: $10,000
- 2nd place: $5,000
- 3rd to 5th place: $1,000
