This two-year program involves working in four six-monthly “seat” rotations across different areas of the business services team. Each seat teaches you key skills specific to that field, while also developing more general skills essential in today's business environment.
To help you navigate the world of professional services, we group seats into broad specialties called “tracks.” This gives you the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of areas during your time with us. Various areas within the company.
The tracks are:
- Human resources and operations (“Human resources”)
- Technology, Legal and Project Management (“Technology”).and
- Clients and Business Development (“Client”)
The first 18 months include a seat for each track. The final 6 month seat gives you the opportunity to express your preference for any track and complete another seat from that track.
As an employer that values responsible business and is at the forefront of driving change in the legal profession, each track includes the option to complete a Responsible Business or Environment sheet. We expect everyone who completes our program to hold at least one responsible business or environmental responsibility position during her two-year tenure with our company.
